Please read this before you come in for the photoshoot!
We want to give you the best photoshoot experience as well as we value each of our customers in great care, however, we also expect you to read and understand our policy prior to the photo session.
1. DEPOSIT:
A $50 minimum deposit or 50% of your full payment is required 24 hours prior to your photoshoot to secure your spot. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and checks.
2. BALANCE PAID:
At the start of the photoshoot, the balance is required to be paid. If you are not satisfied with your photos, the reshoot rate will be 50% off.
3. CONSULTATION:
For lifestyles and modeling inquiries, please set up a consultation with Dorothy Shi prior to the photoshoot. The consultation fee is $50 and will be refunded to you in full if you are booked.
3. ARRIVAL TIME:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time as that is professional etiquette. If you are 30 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited as we are very busy and have other bookings. If you would like to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let us know 24 hours prior to the shoot.
4. CLOTHING:
For headshot outfit, please bring solid color shirts with no patterns and logos. (No grey, black or white color, as these colors blend in with the background)
5. NON PROFESSIONAL SHOOTING:
Any photography or videography that will be done by others beside Dorothy Shi and her team inside the studio, will have to be pre-approved prior to the photo session.
6. FRIENDS OR FAMILY:
If you are accompanied by friends or family, they will have to wait in the lobby during the photoshoot. For minors, one guardian may be present but we ask that he/she does not interfere during the photo session (unless we direct he/she to do so) as to obtain an optimal result for the shoot.
Warning: We do have 3 cats and a dog, so if you are allergic to animal hair, please do let us know in advance.
